Feedback from happy customer!

“I can’t begin to express how wonderful my entire experience with SalonSmart has been, but I will give it a try…LOL I opened my first salon in May and started from the ground up as far as the salon space goes. I designed, painted, laid flooring, hung fixtures, bought and purchased tools, furniture, etc. Basically I did it all! The day I stumbled upon SalonSmart’s website everything got just a little bit easier.

First let me say that I found their website to be clean, simple, professional, and pretty much the most user friendly of any salon equipment and furniture companies out there. This made it easy to really see all the quality product and had to offer, and simplified the “but how much is this one?” game. Not only is what they offer contemporary and stylish, but they have so many options, and offer it all at such a great price.

Not really understanding the timing necessary to order, ship, and deliver, I definitely found out real quick that I had not given myself enough time to get what I wanted before opening day. Yali and her team came to my rescue and went over and above to see that I could get what I wanted in time. And by some miracle they were successful.

I had planned to use a third party equipment lease lender for this, but when disaster hit and that funding fell through, they were right on top of it, and within an hour their lender was calling me to see how the problem could be solved. In short they took care of everything.

I am discovering more and more that good customer service is hard to find. When you have an experience like I did with SalonSmart, one where they do more than you are even asking of them, hope that good customer service still exists is completely restored. A team that will take a trip to their warehouse to snap a pic of a certain angle of furniture because you are unsure, or will give you their personal cell phone so that if you need something over the weekend, you don’t have to wait until Monday, these are a few examples of the attention to detail that I experienced from SalonSmart.

I have already referred two other salon owners to these guys, who have had the same or similar wonderful experience, and I would encourage anyone who is looking for salon equipment or furniture to try these guys out.
